Event Base delivered this property sales suite on a long-term lease to Metlifecare at their new development site at Fairway Gardens in East Auckland.
Four modular units from our Spacecube infrastructure range were used in this build, complete with customised panel walls, integrated LED lighting, sliding doors and flooring.
The cubes were levelled on the sloped site utilising a concreteless footing system from Stop Digging as an efficient alternative to concrete slab foundations. Final landscaping and internal fit out completed by the Client.
