Swisse Wellness VIP Area

The Project

The brilliant team at Raw brand marketing agency contacted Event Base looking for the ultimate eye-catching, social media exploding, event concept for a site at the annual Auckland Race Day at Ellerslie Racecourse. The objective was to build a VIP area for the market leading Swisse wellness brand that had the ‘wow’ factor and was the ultimate environment for guests to relax, keep cool, enjoy a beverage while also enjoying premium views of the races. 

Our Spacecube double–storey structure was the perfect solution for creating a sophisticated and chic environment that would also offer fantastic views. The five-spacecube build included bar areas, a second-level terrace balcony, and was fitted out with a custom–built paddling pool, full custom timber decking, interior elements including custom-built furniture, branding and signage.

The final result was a flawless, chic environment that impressed the Swisse  and Raw team as well as the guests who got to enjoy a 5-star race day experience The Swisse set up at the races was featured widely on social media and television coverage of the event and notably mentioned as being “one of the best events seen in New Zealand”.
